2024 Summary
Expanding community support
With support from Okinawa FamilyMart, food-drive collection boxes had been installed at 10 FamilyMart locations in Okinawa City in October 2023. In 2024, donated items continued to be collected every two weeks and used to support single-parent households and children’s meals.
Giving through Japan’s hometown-tax donation program was also one of the ways people could support KFB’s ongoing activities.
