| Purpose of donations | Donations support meals and welcoming places for children in Okinawa, as well as food and daily essentials for single-parent households and other families in need. |
| Donation amounts | One-time donations: ¥540, ¥1,080, ¥5,400, ¥10,800. Monthly recurring donations: ¥550, ¥1,080, ¥5,400, ¥10,800 per month. Each amount is also listed on our support page. |

| Payment methods | Credit card (processed by Stripe) or bank transfer. Card donors can choose a one-time or recurring monthly donation. |
| Payment timing | Credit cards: One-time donations are charged when the donation is submitted. For recurring monthly donations, the first payment is charged at signup and subsequent payments are collected automatically each month. Bank transfers: Donors initiate the transfer with their financial institution. |
| Additional charges | KFB does not charge an additional fee for credit-card donations. For bank transfers, any transfer fees charged by the bank are borne by the donor. |
| Receipt and fulfillment | Donations are received when the card payment or bank transfer has been confirmed. Donations do not involve shipment of goods or provision of a service in return. |
| Refund policy | As a general rule, donations are non-refundable once payment has been completed. If a duplicate payment or an incorrect charge occurs, please contact us. We will review the circumstances and handle each case individually. |
| Cancellation of recurring donations | To stop a monthly donation, please contact us by email or telephone using the details above. We will review your request and take the steps needed to stop future recurring charges. Any completed donation payments remain subject to the refund policy above. |
